– How and when did you become an illustrator?
I didn’t really discover the truth in that I was one until I was 17 or 18. All the signs were there but I followed a path my mother directed. After completing my PG in paintings in 2008 began my carrier as an illustrator.
– What have you worked before an artist?

-Where do you work and what are you working on at the moment?
I work as a freelancer so I do all of my work at my own studio space. I am not confined only to illustration and love writing fantasy books. It gives immense satisfaction to illustrate my stories and imagination. My art style and stories are based on Indian myth, art and culture. Though freelance is my bread and butter and I am working on a few projects with children book publishers.
– Favorite and good artists for you?
Many! but I love Sergio Toppi, Frank Frazetta, and Sam Kieth.
– Favorite drink?
Tea
– Favorite place?
Taj Mahal, I just love to watch the architecture and beauty of Taj Mahal.
– Favorite movie?
Very difficult, I love watching the movies few of my fav are The Passion of Christ, The Green Mile, Schindler’s List.
– Advice to young artists:
Don’t get jealous. Don’t get sad or angry or discouraged. Get inspired. Get motivated by the people you see around you. It doesn’t matter if they’re half your age or twice your age. As long as you are creating new work, you are growing.
