– What’s your Nickname?

I used to use yakonusuke a lot for online profiles but started to reduce that a while ago.

– Where are you from?

I live in Germany since I was 5y/o, but I was born in Kasachstan. I love “Borat”.

– Your years?

I’m 33 y/o.

– What have you studied?

Graphic-Design

– How and when did you become an illustrator?

When I was about 6 years old when I saw another child draw random things. It looked fun and I wanted to do that too. True story.

– What have you worked before an artist?

I was some kind of artist my entire life but used to work on the side in a supermarket, or a cleaning person in different industrial facilities.

-Where do you work and what are you working on at the moment?

I work from my home and can’t disclose what I work on at the moment. But I can say that I was working towards that client since a couple of years. Kind of like a dream come true, and I’m having a great time.

– Favorite and good artists for you?

Ruo Li blows my mind.

– Favorite drink?

Ipanema.

– Favorite place?

At home. Also Japan.

– Favorite movie?

Mad Max Fury Road is somewhere at the top.

– Advice to young artists:

Find out what you really want, then pursue it. Don’t let others decide what to pursue.

– Your strong side?:

I’m willing to learn new things.

– Sports?

Racing. But only doing it myself. I don’t watch sports.
